I have had the pleasure of attending Reiki 1, taught by Mary Thompson.
Although I had previously done a Reiki course, I felt that I was really connected to the whole experience. The powerful meditations took me to places that I had never been before. The white light and colours were beautiful and soothing at the same time. I did feel that I leapt into the unknown and just trusted that Reiki was real and I was connected to this amazing force. A very empowering experience.

I would like to thank you for healing my life.  It is hard to believe that one person can change the way a person thinks and acts each day.  But you have. 

Before I started the course with you I had no confidence and almost felt bullied by other people.  Each evening I attended the class I became stronger and stronger.  Your teaching methods were easy to following and simply made sense of everything you taught.  You would never move onto the next section until everyone was satisfied with the information you had presented to us.

Each time one of us needed to talk about what we were experiencing at any moment during the course you listened and wouldn't move on until the person felt comfortable with what they were trying to deal with.

You have gone beyond all my expectations. 

I must admit before I started the course I didn’t know exactly what to expect.  So I went along and certainly didn’t think it could change my life as much as it has.

So Mary I would like to thank you sincerely for your help in healing my life and making me the confident person I am becoming each day.

After completing a Louise Hay Course, with Mary Thompson as the Teacher, Trainer, I feel I have grown in many ways. I understand and am aware of myself and my emotions in a positive way.
I have used what I have learnt to improve my relationship with my husband, my children, my family, in my work situations and all aspects of life.
Mary has spoken to me about the course she is developing to teach to children. I am very interest in the idea as I have four children. I feel in this present day, we as parents, need all the skills and help we can get to improve and learn and teach our children skills to improve their ability to deal with difficult situations and turn them into learning, joyful, experiences. I feel the Louise Hay Adults course has helped me and I am very excited about the idea of my children learning these skills as well.

I was fortunate enough to partake in one of Mary’s first Louise Hay courses in 2002. The course ran over ten weeks and I found it thoroughly enjoyable and a life changing experience.
